Sufficient but would have liked a bit more verity …. Friendly, Helpful staff, need a wider selection of drinks in the resultant, did not sort out request for kettle in my room before my arrival, room was lovely but toilet placement uncomfortable, lovely balcony.. .

Friendly staff. The staff are a credit to this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful. We found everywhere clean and tidy. Easy to jump on bus and metro and very cheap. Only criticism would be rooms are not soundproof at all, could hear the guest snoring in the next room. Rooms could do with a bit of attention but ours was kept very clean by the cleaning staff.. .

Good stay. Good location, good size room although twin beds pushed together to make double not that comfy. Fridge in room and safe was helpful. Staff friendly and welcoming. . .

Do Not Recommend. DO NOT RECOMMEND. this is definitely not a 4 star hotel, rooms need to be cleaned a lot better, mould on the balcony door and shower head. the floor had nail clippings and dirt on. no basic kettle with tea and coffee. we had people running up and down the hallway banging on doors at 1am and then making other load noises like playing music and so on until 5am, definitely not soundproof you can hear EVERYTHING. very far from rome centre (around 45/50 minutes) and no basic information from the hotel about how anything works or how to navigate yourself. very poor, i would suggest anyone visiting rome stays in the city centre in a better hotel.. .
