Disappointing Stay. I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The rooms are extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovation. The cleanliness was also not up to standard. I even found a stain on one of the pillowcases, which was unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel.
While the location was excellent and very convenient, and the restaurant had some tasty dishes, the overall experience just didn’t live up to expectations. Wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.. .

Great stay. convenient location in a walking distance to El Born and Barri Gotic. Attentive staff, clean and convenient rooms. Would definitely stay again on my next short visit. . .

Beautiful stay!. We liked the location very much, it was in a nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the view. Two thumbs up!. .

Never get back to this hotel chain.they care about money, not abut customers. . Unfortunately, the staff was not willing to help without extra tips and was even rude. I asked to switch in air on in a gym and nobody came for 15 min, only after my second call a lady with an angry face arrived. During breakfast you have to figure out our yourself that you can order warm dishes and ask a weiter about it, nobody will offer you anything. I also asked to bringe a cap to my room, I called 3 times and in the end nothing happened… it was just a small part of things that I experienced during these 4 days.
The hotel is also very old, bed was not comfortable..
