Superb. The view of the Bosphorus was amazing and the room was extremely clean. There was no bathroom door and the bathroom flooring felt really cold.

Very bad experience.. 2 stars max. Issues faced in hotel OPERA HOTEL from the first hour:
1- category of the room ( not king bed -two single bed joined - not deluxe room as mentioned in the booking voucher)
2- issue with AC in the room not working and room was too hot as in the website and room details AC available they rejected to open the AC as outside temperature was low ! That not a reason and they lies as that from the government but other hotel they have and its work ! We was another hotel before Opera hotel ! Even the last hotel they have AC and Heating System. I have paper from the hotel it’s shows the reason of check out AC issues, they did not include the rest to make sure that they are not wrong.
3- noise at whole the day ! I call reception around 20 times ! To stop that noise ( moving chairs and tables ! ) till 3:00 AM i have a recording Video with sound of noise.
4- no respect from the team as i informed i will check out with cancel the rest days ! With refund they accept but when they know its from Agent side they tell that Agent should contact to get the refund. And they informed the Agent at dame time no refund!
5- 2 star is the max for the hotel.
الفندق سيئ جداً من حيث الخدمات و المصداقيه
واجهت مشاكل مع الازعاج طوال الليل حيث انهم يرتبون الكراسي و الطاولات
و ايضاً واجهت مشكلة التكيف الفندق مطفئ نظام التكيف الكامل للتوفير - و تشغيل فقط نظام التدفئه و الغرفه تحتاج الى تهويه من التكيف وعندما تبحث في التفاصيل مذكور وجود نظام تكيف في الفندق و الغرف حيث رفضو تماماً التعاون واشغال التكيف و لي الاختيار بالمغادره ان لم يعجبني.
الفندق لا يتوافق مع النجوم المعطاه و التفاصيل وشكراً.. .

One of the best hotels to stay. Best location 8-10 min. Walking to Taksim Square and there is bus station just cross the street, friendly people amazing view of bosphorus the rooms with balcony is unbelievably beautiful spacious clean, the service is great and all staff are nice and helpful special thanks to ERDEM he was professional and nice , thank you for making this trip amazing. .

Your 576 mega pixels are in for the ride. I am an Australian traveller and it is my third return to this amazing hotel. Set on the perfect position above the Bosphorus I can assure you no camera can do justice to what your 576 mega pixels is about to explore! I stayed in the Jacuzzi room with a 180 degree wrap around balcony and celebrated with bubbles in hand overlooking the moonlit water and watched Istanbul do its thing ❤️ Location is superb you’re a stone throw away from all the highlights and fun. 24 hour reception and safety plus with crew who will go out of their way to make your stay marvellous. User friendly and absolutely comfortable. You don’t feel like you’re away from home with all the creature comforts at hand. Delicious food and menu at the restaurant and also Skyview restaurant on the rooftop that’s open till late hours to enjoy.
I thank Mehmet the manager who made my stay all the more comfortable, thanking him and his brilliant team of professionals ❤️

Good. We booked a room facing the Bosphorus and requested for a higher floor. Our expectation were met and the view was amazing. The room was quite big we had ample of space to keep our luggage while the room was very clean.. The AC did not work and we had to open up the balcony door in the middle of the night as it was getting very stuffy even though it was 11 degrees outside. One morning we requested them to provide us with a bottle of water and even after two reminders they did not get us a bottle of water which is frustrating as you have just woken up and need some drinking water..
