Awful Service. We were in Rome on a pilgrimage end of September 2018 and stay here for two nights. The food was not good even though they tried to accommodate our traditional food and their own traditional food was even worse. Staff were totally disorganised and seemed to be running around on circles. Would never stay here again.. .

We have no bananas. If no bananas was the only issue it would have been an agreeable staying.
The building looks nice from the outside and the entrance, though rooms are definitively in need of renovation (however, good the carpet is limited to the common hallways). Wall paper is old indeed and with daylight it looks dirty and on its way out.
Breakfast is served until 9:30 am and not before 7…. Anyhow, it consists of a scanty amount of cold food: double choice labels cakes - jam - chocolate cream, stale muesli, half raw boiled eggs, pale ham and cheese, and a few croissants. Canned apricots and a couple of wrinkled apples, kiwi and oranges completes the seemingly live stuff. Not to mention that coffee from the multiple choice machine is the tastiest thing.
4 starts maybe a (long) time ago and definitively not a good deal…
Seriously hope there is something better out there…. .

Satisfied!. Good hotel. Friendly staff. Reception works non-stop. Excellent underground garage. We got into the room earlier, we didn't have to wait for 14:00. Thank you very much, we will come again :). .

Would not recommend this hotel.. The room was in need of modernising/ needed an update.The hotel was like a 1980 capsule it would be good for a TV set for an 80's movie. The room was basic and not that clean.. The sliding door on the wardrobe stuck. The door key/ plastic card only worked after 5 attempts ..
