Terrible. The only positive thing is the location on the Rambla. Dirty, noisy, old room. In the night I could not sleep for the noise from other rooms and the street. There was a terrible smell in the room, and the first night also human body hair on the bathtub. At the checkout the guy barely looked at me even when I asked to leave my suitcases, he nodded but my belongings seemed not even under control. Very bad and uncomfortable. Not even a water bottle in the room..

Horrible. WARNING Don't stay at this hotel, Congratulations to the photographer who made this place look so good when it was a dump, it doesn't even rate as a 1-star. When we arrived, our room was a dingy square box with no window, HORRIBLE. We upgraded to a balcony room for an extra $80 per night, the room was falling apart but at least it had a window. Below our room is the restaurant, on a Friday night it was very loud and in the morning we asked the staff and were told it closes at 1 pm, the next night there was a very loud band playing in the restaurant and it finished at 1 pm, then they decided to start playing night club music, at 2 pm I went to reception and was told they would stop it, didn't happen, then at 3 pm went down again and there was a staff member still trying to get people off the street to come inside, we demanded it needed to be stopped and finally they did. I emailed the manager complaining with no response, very poor. Don't ruin your holiday in Barcelona by staying at this dump.. .

Painfully Awful Hotel. This was the most uncomfortable hotel that I have ever stayed in! They do not honor their list of things that should be in their hotel. No air conditioning in the middle of August! No refrigerator, bottle of water, basic shower soap and shampoo, unlit staircase with no banister for safety, Extremely dark, smelly(smoke) building. We were out one whole day and our room wasn't cleaned! They said there was a do not disturb sign on door! We certainly didn't do that! Just find another place!. .
