Disappointing.. The location was convenient, and the room was ok. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not very clean, the fridge was not emptied before we checked in, and had leftover milk which likely belonged to previous guests. There were no trashcans available in room which was very inconvenient. The primary disappointment was our experience in breakfast. There were very few options, and very little space to sit and eat. Most of the tables were out in the terrace where it was too cold to sit.
There are plenty of better hotels in the area for a similar price so I expected a bit more here. . .

So i just came out of there yesterday i miss all the fun we had there .....the room the view n break fast n specially hosts.....ilyas n islam.....so very good so helpful also the breakfast was delicious n view ong amazing ....room was always clean no matter how i leave it......all in all best deal.....i came to this new hotel n already regreting ......miss sea house suites.....:(. .

Great place to stay and will go back again !. Spent a lovely week at the Sea house which is very well located and in walking distance to a lot of attractions, the hosts were amazing and we would definitely go back to stay again !. .

. Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits à sea suite, pour une première à Istanbul, c’était parfait. L’hôtel est proche de toutes attractions touristiques, vraiment bien situé. L’accueil est parfait, avec un hôte qui se débrouille très bien en français, l’hôtel est propre. Je recommande pour un séjour de courte durée . .

. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the sea views can't be beat. The hotel is a little old, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast every morning was lovely and we definitely got our fill before we went on our day. Perfect location as well, super close to all the sights in the old town. Would def stay again!. .

Highly recommended!. Our stay in this hotel was amazing from the beginning till check-out, and even after! The room was clean and comfortable, and had a miracle view (the same view also on terrace where was breakfast served).
Employees Mr.Iyed and Mr.Tursun are very polite, helpfull and the MOST important - Perfect speaking english!
The Suites are also close from all touristic places: 12 min walk to Sultan Akhmet Mosque etc.
I can highly recommed this place to stay, cause the service and location were the best if compare to other places we've stayed.. .
