Great place to stay in Barcelona. A fantastic property in a great location. Rooms are very American in size and accommodations. A real shower, which is unusual in Europe. Staff was helpful and with the right weather the room top bar is quite cool. Piano player for cocktails is a nice touch.. .

I'm disappointed with my stay. The hotel is good and clean and high class also the room service is good. I did not extend my stay because I was disappointed from the very beginning. The receptionist was rude during my check-in, speaking to me in a harsh tone and not being very helpful. , he made me feel uncomfortable, as if he were being racist. His name starts with G also i didn't like the wifi service in the room it was low and disconnected all times also the noise in the hallway you can hear everything..

Great hotel, great service. The location and the service. They charge breakfast for small kids when the eat so little. Also the gluten free options were very little. And the connection with the two rooms was a bit odd. With a hall in between. Not like a door between rooms..

Perfectly centrally located, great place to stay a few days. Amazing Spa, excellent massages, nice enough hotel room, not spectacular, but very clean, *I failed to see the luxury aspect after I booked with specific descriptions about the room. Everyone from porter/concierge and other personnel was very kind and welcoming. Excellent water pressure for the shower and bath. The only thing was an issue two ladies in the lobby bar who sat us down with no menu despite our repeated requests at around 10.35 pm while the restaurant would close at 11pm. The gentleman waiter took care of this promptly when he found out my daughter and I sat untended to and made sure we could still order. Many thanks to him. I had the idea the women didn’t think we were (I was) staying at the hotel or so, and so they didn’t care as much. Some parts of the hotel are a bit of a maze and personnel at times repeatedly slammed doors before 8am on the corridors where people sleep.. .
