My stay was disappointing due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues.. . I recently stayed at this hotel for a 6-night vacation, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
First, one of the rooms we booked was not properly heated, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The pool was out of service for the first four days of our stay and was only available for the last two days—but even then, the water was freezing cold. As for the fitness room, I honestly don’t think it even existed, despite being advertised.
Things got even worse when there was a flood at the reception, causing a water outage throughout the hotel for several hours. We only got access to water again after threatening to check out and request a refund. At that point, they finally allowed us to move to another wing of the hotel where the water was working. However, instead of properly relocating us, they only gave us one room for four people, just for an hour, so we could take a quick shower.
The cleanliness of the rooms was also disappointing. Dust was not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping staff seemed more interested in getting tips than actually doing their job. If you didn’t tip them, they wouldn’t even bother cleaning the room the next day.
Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. Poor service, maintenance issues, and a lack of basic hospitality made our stay frustrating. I would not recommend it, and I certainly won’t be coming back..
