Is general is good. I was there for three night place of hotel is excellent stuff is very good breakfast good reception is very helpful room they cleaned it every day But there are insects to the point that my wife has acne on her hands I hope the hotel management takes this into consideration .. .

Adequate. The hotel was good for the price we paid. Adequate for our short stay. It was located about a 10-15 minute walk from either Şişli or Osmanbey metro stations. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast offered wasn't lavish, but you could always find something to eat. However, there was an issue with the air conditioning; it lacked full control and sometimes emitted a bad smell.. .

No soundproofing between rooms. Please avoid this hotel, they rent famillial suites, so there is no soundproofing, you can hear and smell everything from the other rooms, yesterday night, I have heard the neigboor’s alarm clock for 45 minutes at 5.30 Am, this is a nightmare . I went to the reception and the waiter told me , do not stay at the 1st and 6th floor
Room, beacause there are connections between rooms, so when you sleep at this hotel , please expect to do a flatsharing. You will share the noise and the smell. When they are smoking, you are smoking with them, my wife is suffering from asthma, we slept wih the window opened, we complained to the reception and they did not helped us, they just sayed sorry and they laughed.. .

There are bugs in the toilet coming out from the drain
The wifi is super slow and very often doesn't work
Our fridge was broken and we asked for replacement 3 times and never got it replaced
There was no table or chair in the room
No smart tv.

I liked it every thing perfectly. Thank you very much for everything, it was great, the staff was very helpful and very kind, the breakfast was great and changed every day, it was very safe and the rooms were cleaned every day.. Just I hear sound from neighbours.

I will not stay there again. We could say the people who work there. "There is a significant difference between the pictures shown on the booking platform and the actual property. The space is much smaller than it appears in the photos, and while it does include all the furniture, the overall experience was disappointing. The location is not on the main street, which made accessibility less convenient. The bathroom was uncomfortable to use as the water heater fluctuated frequently between hot and cold, making it impossible to enjoy a proper shower. Additionally, the breakfast offered was very limited with few options, which did not meet expectations. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the cost.".
