Bad condition of the room and hot water issues during my stay. . Firstly, upon my arrival, I was assigned a room that was very small. To access the wardrobe, I had to climb over the bed, which was extremely inconvenient. After discussing this with the reception, I was moved to the originally assigned room on the second day. However, this room change required me to pack and unpack again, which was quite cumbersome.
More concerning was the issue with the hot water. During a shower, the hot water suddenly became unavailable, and I was forced to finish showering with ice-cold water. This happened after I waited for about 15 minutes, covered in soap, hoping the water would warm up again – unfortunately, it did not. I reported this issue to the reception and requested compensation. I was told that the matter would be discussed with the manager, but I never received any follow-up..

Great 2 nights here,,easy check in, really helpful staff. Location and great parking. Could have been some milk sachets and breakfast tea bags in the room as was only coffee and herbal teas..
