. Room was nice old Town old things. Staff helpful for the guest. Nice breakfast. Thank you for all. I Don't remember name of the manager but he is so nice and gentleman, polite. Thank you Kumru Hotel . .

. The worst experience.Basically nothing works in hotel,super small bathroom,no shelves for soap or anything In shower. In some rooms window glass is broken,in some room fridge is not working. WF is turning off.Light is turning off for few ours …breakfast is not good.don’t recommend to anyone.. .

. Simpele kamers maar zeer proper en behulpzaam personeel. Het ontbijt is genoeg gevarieerd. De muren zijn heel dun, we horen alles van de kamer ernaast. Maar denk dat iets typisch voor Turkije is.. .

Nice hotel and well located. It was a memorable experience. The hotel was very well located and close to almost everything. Yes it was old but clean. We spent 4 nights there but we were out all day. The entire staff was very helpful, one of them insisted to give me his tramway pass so I don't waste time looking to get one. The room was very clean. You can notice some imperfections but is only 2 star hotel so I was ok with that. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.. .

Berbat. Kaldığımız yer görseldeki gibi değildi otel detay kisminda otopark var ifadesi olmasina ragmen neden otopark yok dediğimizde biz otopark var mi dedik? Seklinde sert bir karsilik aldik Otelin kapisi acilip buyur bile etmediler elimzide valiz canta bebek arabasi ile girmeye çalıştık Odadan manzara olarak gorulen tek yer bir okul baska da bir sey yok Mutfak havalandirma olayi otel standartlarında eksik altta yapilan butun yemek kokulari odaya doluyor onlem alınmamış Ozellikle sabah saat 07 de muthis bir yemek kokusu doluyor oda icine ilk gun de muthis bir gider kokusu vardi velhasıl bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir yer.... .

Buona base per girare Istanbul.. Complessivamente non ci siamo trovati male, abbiamo fatto alla reception la semplice richiesta di uno sgabello da mettere nel bagno x posare i beauty e/o i necessaire, nonostante la cortesia dimostrata dal receptionist lo sgabello in bagno non è mai arrivato in 4 giorni di permanenza.La colazione é per gusti misti dolce e salato. Le stanze non sono particolarmente insonorizzata sia dalla strada, per fortuna non molto trafficata, né dalle stanze limitrofe. . .

. We have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Kumru Hotel. We had one of the 4 Bed Rooms , which was perfect for what we wanted and was furnished nicely with chairs so that you can relax during the day. The beds were large and very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect with something for every taste. It even has a small outside dining area. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best bits for us was the location, there were a number of restaurants in the area serving amazing food. Also, the location was perfect for walking to the major tourist areas such as the Blue Mosque which was a 5 min walk. We would definitely use this hotel again if we visited the old city area of Istanbul again. . .
