. La aptitud aamigable del personal.
No me gusto que en una habitación , la cama no tenia plumon y olia a cigarrillo al maximo, adicional que engañan al cliente colocando que tiene traslado gratis al aeropuerto y cuando llegas es totalmente engañoso, porque no tienen ese servicio, y si uno va a cancelar la habitaciíon, Expedia le cobra la cancelación.
Me parece que Expedia se esta prestando para engañar al huesped en su pagina web. .
