Absolutely the worst. Booked a Standard room with jacuzzi - on arrival, were ‘upsold’ a room with a window on the ground floor next to the laundry. No jacuzzi. Bed was huge and filled the room. Breakfast was absolutely ghastly. Left hungry. Chap unaffiliated with hotel convinced us to prebook a transfer to the airport for 1200TRY paid by card. We took thar cab, which had no rear shock absorbers and drove fast in quite heavy snow. On arrival, driver charged 1500TRY - same as an Uber. Cancelled return booking for March. Will pay more for respectable service.. .

Turkish hospitality at its best at Ramada Old City. I came back to this hotel for the last two days of my stay in Istanbul. Talha and Fatma gave me a royal welcome, they rolled out the red carpet for a returning customer. I was also very impressed with the positive, can-do attitude of Samet at the reception. This hotel has an excellent team of very friendly professionals who represent the best of Turkish hospitality.. My vacation ended and I had to return to my home country..
