Had a loveley 7 days holiday. Me and wife loved the hotel facilities. Tje food is among the best we had in all inclusive resort. We had a sea facing deluxe room which had great views. Te pools are great. Love the little food huts as you head to the beach. Overall we had an amazing time at Imperial. . .

. In der Broschüre steht das die Bettwäsche alle 2 Tage gewechselt wird, kann ich NICHT bestätigen. Der Pool ist übersättigt mit Chlor dachte schon ich plantsche in Bleichmittel. Die hohen Preise die das Hotel hier aufruft kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Habe viel mehr erwartet… jedoch sogar weniger bekommen als bei einem günstigeren Konkurrenten. Das Buffet war gut. Die Kellner waren stets freundlich. Im ganzen nur ein ok für den Aufenthalt. . .

Amazing place but without soul. They need to have more people skills, when we checked in they just gave us the room keys without showing us the place or welcoming us . most of the staff are okay , the gym person was extremely rude and asked my wife impolitely to leave the fitness place because she was me while am on treadmill because she did not have sport shoes.
most of hotel guests have cold personality and the over all vibe was boring . I was told later that Bordum city has more accommodating and sociable people.
The spa service was amazing and the best i ever had .
They need to have more staff that speak english as global langauge and train them to be nicer and understand the psychology of tourists and their mood.. .

. This is a wonderful resort. Their service, quality of food, room, lobby, restaurants, staff, beach, decor, activities, pools, bars, the abundance of food, drinks and liquor was superb. I dont think any European hotel can even think of providing so much food and drink and such atmosphere, service and taste...well done...really really impressed and will definitely strongly recommend it to all...and we will go back there again, for sure...A big well done to all the Staff, management and chefs and dancers, singers, show men and women....definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed in. .
