Nice hotel for our family. We had a pleasant stay at Neptuno. The area was lovely and very accessible to the beach and walking avenues along the beach. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. We felt safe during our visit and the hotel staff were very accommodating. Our one issue was the poor internet access. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but we needed it for planning our trip and the Wifi was poor even though they have numerous hotspots. . .

. We stayed in apartment 14. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay albeit the accommodation was very basic. A comfortable seating area and some updated furniture would have been great, as would some coffee pods for the machine. We also had to go and buy toilet roll as the housekeeping only came once and this was after we were due to run out! The facilities in the hotel are lovely - very clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool but don’t expect to swim in it! The other pool was always in the shade and also small too so we didn’t use that one. Breakfast and dinner were good and the snack menu was great, as were the cocktails. Staff were mostly great. Love the location, so handy having everything in walking distance. . .
