Location & View. Such a nice hotel. It is right in downtown and very close to the metro stataion and Istiklal steet and also Galata. Polite staff and enriched breakfast at the roof of the hotel with panoramic Taksim Square view. I highy suggest this hotel for vacation or business purposes.. .

Stay Away. There was black mold in the bathroom. The smell of smoke permeated the hallway and room. There was broken furniture in the room. Even within 15 minutes in the room my friend and I began to feel I’ll from the mold. When I explained that it was an unsafe place for us to stay (especially with my asthma) the manager tried to gaslight me into believing the mold was fine until I told him that I am a nurse. When I demand to speak with the manager he only called him after multiple excuses and then hung up before anything was finalized. When I asked to speak with the manager in person the next morning (as we were going to stay at a different hotel) he would not give me a firm time of when he would be available. In the end the desk clerk threatened me with physical removal by his bouncer. The website that I booked the hotel through (Hooper) has been thoroughly unhelpful, and in the end has offered only a 15% refund voucher and said that I need to call the hotel. This property is not safe and should be avoided at all costs.. .

Good but they need to upgrade the hotel facilities. Exemption is their god breakfast menu.. Location is perfect.. They need to provide toothbrush to all their guest.
