Very good. Lovely hotel, great location, very friendly staff. Breakfasts were great - except it was the same thing every day; by day 3 this was a little unappetising.. Breakfasts (see above). No in-room safe box. View was just of the street opposite..

A short stay only, nothing more. We stayed at this hotel for one night between connecting flights. Overall, the location is excellent — close to the metro, ferry terminals, plenty of restaurants, and nice spots to walk around. However, a few things could be improved:
1. The central location also came with a downside - it was quite noisy at night with people shouting and talking loudly outside, which made it hard to sleep
2. We had an issue with the air conditioner. It was making a very loud noise, and we had to call the front desk staff to turn it off
3. The bed was uncomfortable - too short for someone 6 feet tall (my feet were sticking out), too narrow for two people, and there was no blanket, just a thin sheet. We ended up feeling cold during the night.

If you need short stay near the metro station - it can be ok, but take smth for ears. Location is good, near metro and cafes.
The room was rather big.
Tea pot in the room.
Hot floor in the bathroom.
Hotel asked me about transfer before my trip.. Air conditioner was very noisy I couldn’t sleep.(can’t stop his noise even at off mode)
Pillows were not comfortable.
Window is very noisy.
The furniture has scratches, not new.
Bathroom door handle was broken (didn’t have the second part of it)
Hair conditioner was expired in 2021 and shower gel was opened.
Toilet had some drops on it, wasn’t very clean.
There was a black ant on the floor of the bathroom.(probably it is street ant, not brown that live in flats)
No breakfast in the hotel, only cafes near.

Pleasant. The location is good close to the center. The room that they gave us was smelling really bad from the toilet.
