Good location but room for inprovements. Location, room view, staff very kind. Small and somewhat dated room with signs of wear. Open shower in the room with no privacy.
Breakfast very basic with only croissant and bread.

Potentially an amazing find, depending on your needs. This isn't the level of hotel I would normally stay in, but i) it was available in the Olympics at a fair price and ii) it was cancellable. We had a variety of rooms between the family (single, double, twin, suite) so i got a good overview of the possibilities.
First the 'negatives' if that's a fair word. It's a bit shabby. Everything is scuffed and not sparkling. But I think it was fundamentally clean.
With that out the way, what are the positives:
- location is amazing. Just a great area to be in with possibilities for everything on the doorstep
- staff are charming and helpful
- free breakfast was limited but excellent. Fresh OJ, espresso, croissant, bread.
- the suite was really charming. Like having a perfect garret apartment. See the photo for a lovely way to eat breakfast on your terrace. At E350 during the Olympics, this was a bargain.
- bed was comfortable (with big pillows) and a/c really worked. Neither would be a given in Paris.
If it was freshly painted, this would be heaven. But if you can overlook that, you will get a great Paris experience at a very very good price, in a great area.. .

High cost, low benefit.. Average hotel with high cost for low value. The shower is terrible in the middle of the room, not even functional. They offer “breakfast” which is bread basically. Good location. You need to use some stairs for bringing your luggage to your room, so not necessarily accessible for all.. .

Terrible. The rooms are not like the ones that are advertised. Our room has a see through shower in front of the bed, the balcony wrapped around the whole hotel that everyone had access to. Staff were rude. We didn't stay and have been fighting for our refund.. .
