. My wife and I were so impressed and grateful to have met Ms. Selma Lankin. She was so friendly, accommodating, very sweet and funny! We think she’s a great asset for Sura hotels. . Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing always smiling and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights in a deluxe attic room, which was fantastic. Don't be fooled by the term 'attic', it was big, plenty of room, very comfy bed, large shower room with toiletries and soft towels. A safe and fridge was in the room, bottled water every day. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.Even though the hotel was central, it's within walking distance of most of the major sites, with easy access to buses and trams for others. The area is very busy, but you couldn't hear any outside noise in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. I loved it.. .
