Brilliant family run hotel, staff and owners very helpful.. Clean rooms, brilliant location for what we needed. Restaurant next door. Wifi good. Very friendly people and it felt more like a family home than a hotel.. .

Comfortable bed. We arrived late in the day and received a friendly welcome. The room was average size and the bathroom a good size. The bed seemed a bit hard but maybe I was a bit sore from four days of walking. Breakfast was typically Italian - a sweet pastry and a coffee which is insufficient for someone walking 20+kms per day on the Cammino di San Tommaso.. .

A tip learned. You can heat the bathroom when you put air dryer into the cupholder... It was a very beautiful hotel once. Really liked the design of the yard and the parking lot. If the management would look more from the guest point of view, it would be a great stay.
Family owned and the manager was very polite. Almost no english from any of the staff though.. If you do not want to heat the rooms in the winter, you cannot expect a good review. Perhaps it would be better to close for the season instead. We had a pretty old and noisy air to air heat pump in the farthest bedroom, but no working central heating, so all the other rooms were cold. Especially the bathroom as the farthest.
On the first day, the breakfast was as good as italian breakfast can be. No complaints. The second day were what seemed to be the leftovers from the first( still sufficent though) and on third day we had to bring food for toddler from the room, because there were nothing left to give him. Only the sweet cakes.
Room locks can be problably be opened with a screwdriver.
On check-in, they wanted to take our documents for overnight for some reason, and we got over to an argument about this! They let go eventually.
Paid more for this hotel per day than for the ones before, but overall it was the worst experience of the five we stayed in..
