Exceptional. Very comfortable and the staff is amazing, particularly Mehmet in the kitchen. He was fabulous. Sami at reception was very helpful. The location is exceptional.. Great cats. Nothing.

Great location, poor value. The location can't be beat. So close to things we wanted to see, with an amazing view from our room, great restaurants in the area. Staff was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, and ac worked very well. We enjoyed our stay, since it was such a good location, and the people very nice.. The hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance and upgrades, and a lot more TLC. Just a bit run down. For example, in our bathroom the shelf under the sink was broken and pieces hanging off. Looks terrible. I'd not have minded if we'd paid half what we did, but the cost was high. So not a good value. The hotel needs lots of upgrades and repairs. I think there are other hotels in the area that are a better value. Azade Suites is not a good value because the prices for rooms are too high for what it is..

Thanks , lovely stay. Location and view. old property need maintenance , restaurant around expensive and not good quality food.

A very comfortable stay in an excellent location.. The suite was very comfortable, although a little on the older side in terms of furniture (didn't bother me at all). Check-in was actually at the hotel across the street. The location is great; just a few blocks from the major attractions and surrounded by shops and restaurants.. No drinking water in the room. Also, they need to identify the property better on Google maps... taxis couldn't find it..

Disappointing. Location. Closer to bars and mais attractions.. They gave me a suite that I didnt book. Room on 3th floor, and breakfast on the 4th from 7am. You can image that was impossible to sleep after that time, plates, kitchen and people moving the chairs, the noise was absolutely inside the room. Breakfast is poor, not options available. Definetely dont reccomend. Room has old furniture and not very clean..

Very good. Location Hospitality Cleanness. Limited breakfast but good No daily bottled water Tea and coffee only if you request.

Location 10/10, the rest 3/10. Location is excellent and breakfast was also good.. Entrance, corridor and stairs' area of the building dirty and with lot of supplies like eggs, new and used bed linens etc. Room was very dirty, seems they used not to clean it for 2-3 weeks. Dust was everywhere. Sockets were not provided near every bed, as promised ("Socket near the bed") while booking, and there were not Child safety socket covers. Heating Machine room was juts in front of our room, with lot of noise. Bathroom door look was out of order and was not repaired even I have informed the reception and manager and was promised that it will be repaired. Bathtub glass door fell down while using the bath and child damaged the leg. Window locks were not working properly, we were unable to completely close one window. Elevator was out of order on second day, whole day from the morning till the evening and no one from personnel even noticed it, until I informed them at the reception. Then the receptionist helped to fix it. Tried to order Bosporus tour at the reception and they provided "special" price which was twice as much as usual standard price (they told 150 EUR, while booking.com offered 75 EUR)..

Very good. This suits is quit wide for family with 2 kids - it has a great Location too Great hospitality and welcoming staff. Limited parking area.

Staff was helpful and friendly especially Sami was always to hand for anything we needed, and ozcan also was helpful. Ca. Excellent view Good location Close to tourist attractions. Need some modernisation, but overall still good..
