Very good. The facilities were good and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and really friendly.. The sofa bed was very soft and not good for sleeping. The sofa bed is not really good for the back.

The place to stay in Istanbul.. The Hotel and Staff are excellent , we have stayed at many a hotel and this one ranks as one of the best , we had a deluxe room which is a very good size , the bed was perfect and the choice of pillows is a very nice idea , the location is ideal as its walking distance from all the attractions and the T1 tram just a few minutes walk away if you want to see more of the city , the breakfast buffet is very good and above all the Staff are so helpful and friendly they make the place a excellent hotel .. nothing.

Good Stay except for there not being an Iron and board. The Hotel is a lovely and the location is great as it is very close to the Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. The tram stop is a few minutes away. The hotel itself was lovely , clean , the room was big and comfy. The staff were great too. I would to mention two exceptional gentlemen who went out of their way to make our time there special and feel like home. They are ABDUL MATEEN and SHAMSODIEN who asssited us in the breakfast area. They deserve recogition and are a valuble assest to your establishment. The restaurant manager was also very good, friendly and remembered my wifes dietary requirements .. Having stayed in many hotels all over i simply could not understand how your hotel does not have an iron and ironing board. Even though you have a laundry service the complementary iron is a must have for any hotel . Very disappointed in this and it is a small detail to make one choose alternate accomadation..

Great Location, outstanding staff complement, good breakfast. Main attractions all in walking distance, tram is a 5-10minute walk, breakfast was really tasty and the service from the staff was outstanding, view from the breakfast floor is lovely. The stand out item for me at Innova Sultanahmet are the staff!. bed was a bit too hard for me, the gym is super small - can only fit 2 people at a time.

Fab hotel. Great value for money in the old town.. Fabulous hotel.
We had a double deluxe room and it was great value. We had a view of the Bosphorus Sea.
It was warm, spacious and decorated really stylishly.
The breakfast was also great. The breakfast room was bright and had a fabulous view. Food and service was outstanding. Great variety. Fresh fruit. Fresh honeycomb and the chef was making eggs as you like them. We had omelettes each morning. The waiters looked after us so well, refilling our coffee.
All in all, this is a fab hotel in a great location.
They even organised a takeaway for us from a local restaurant.. I loved everything.
