Friendly staff and the worst accommodation ever. Friendly staff and a unique view from the terrace. The staircase can hardly be called that. It's almost a ladder. The building is in a poor condition, there is no place to leave towels and toiletries in the bathroom, the floor bends when walking, the shower was completely broken, the terrace full of dirt and bird tracks..

Bad. Location is good.. During booking, i clearly mentioned that i will pay at the property, however the manager charged the complete payment from my credit card before my arrival. The manager blamed that Booking.com had authorised him to deduct money.
All photos shown for the property are fake. These photos belong to Bon hotel and not this property. It is a complete scam.
1. Front desk: Not available. You need to visit Bon Hotel for check in / out and all other services.
2. Breakfast: No breakfast available at the property. However you can take breakfast from Bon Hotel.
3. Restaurant: Not available. You need to visit Bon Hotel.
4. Property claims outside furniture, but actually these are 3 iron chairs placed on street side. They placed 6 flower pots on the sides of chairs and claim that it is a garden.
5. Manager of Bon Hotel who is also selling this property is very rude.
6. No security at the property. The manager of Bon Hotel gives the key of main entrance as well to every guest to open the lock of main door and then go to his room.
7. Staff claimed that Hagia Sophia is visible from rooms. But when you reach in the room, they inform you that someone constructed a new hotel in between which has blocked the view, otherwise it is visible (just silly).
8. Breakfast menu is very poor.
9. Washroom is extremely small..

Amaizing hotel team!. Staff there are helpful and friendly. Special greetings to Ebru! We booked room with view in Basilica Guest hose but in the end our stay was in Bon Hotel. But even this fact did not made us disaponted.. As in all hotels there are always things which you, as a guest, can see that must be repaired. :).
