Poor. good location.. Very unpleasant check-out. Waited a long time for the previous customer, no alternative service. Paid the parking at the counter, being charged twice, supposed to be reimbursed later, then blocked at the exit where the machine demanded a new paymemt, had to contact the counter to leave. What a mess..

Paris is great - hoping the stay stacks up for the cost they charge. Location. Wasn’t as clean - assets are old and worn out
Things weren’t as photos - the living room wasn’t set up the way they depict it in pics - I rented as I could use the living room for meeting and rest outs and it was just with open sofa bed and no other furnishing
The card access was just horrible and we had to constantly go to another building to get the card reprogrammed.

The worst experience ever. The staff are very polite and ready to help, but that's it!. I was accommodated in the old building where everything is dirty, smelly and ready to break! The building is very old and needs refurbishment. The bathrooms are very old and mouldy. The carpets in the room are dirty and smelly. Overall, I think that this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!.
