Cheated and riped off.. Location. I reserved a room with two beds through booking.com. When I got to the hotel, the receptionist said I reserved only one bed. Then he stated if you want two beds, for an extra 60 Euros he can change our room to a room with two beds the next day. Although my wife and I are certain we selected two beds when we made the reservations, I paid the extra 60 Euros for the two beds. The next day, we went to the receptionist's desk to change rooms. He stated he did not have any rooms available. Ok, well can I have my money back I asked. He tells me he cannot give me a refund. I was stunned. We argued back and forth, I am not sure if it was his English, which was not good, that he did not understand what I was saying, or if he was playing dumb. Nonetheless, I was too tired from my travel and coming down with the flu to keep arguing and said I would take it up with booking.com..

Breakfast room has a good view to Blue Mosque.
Internet is fast.. - Need to walk 50 m to the hotel or to the taxi/car because car cannot reach in front of the hotel.
- Hotel does not provide complementary water bottles every day (only for the first day). Reception confirmed it to me.
- A small cockroach in the table near the refrigerator..

Exceptional. I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank Manager Ahmet for his outstanding assistance and warm hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
One of the best parts about this hotel is the breathtaking view. From here, you can clearly see both the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which makes the experience truly unforgettable. Waking up to such a stunning view of these iconic landmarks is simply priceless.

Only 1 word that comes to my mind when rating Aristocrat hotel is Superb.Every one at the hotel Mekan at the lobby,Erkin,Rohat,Ahmet at the reception always ready to greet you and help you.Specially the Owner Mr Emrah is very polite and nice person.The Hotel is centrally located at Sultanahmet walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, topkapi Palace and basilica cistern is 4 minutes only.Must stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Istanbul.. Nothing.
