Almost flawless. Location, staff, housekeeping, breakfast were great. Very silent rooms. Perfect for relaxing.. Rooms are a little cold, and unable to warm up. A/C is noisy..

Exceptional. The Rooms were huge, the location was great in the middle of everything, and the staff were AMAZING, helpful, caring, just loved it, Nader on of the front desk staff was extremely helpful. .

Great location and amazing interiors in the grand ballroom and staircase but rooms desperate need an update.. Great location and old world charm.. Toilet not working in room Shower not working in room.

Can't recommend enough!. Hidden gem in the middle of the city! Beautiful, authentic hotel, slightly "aged", but with charm ❤️ I was very happy that we chose to stay there. Much better than faceless chain hotels with no personality whatsoever. Unfortunately rooftop bar was not working.
