Disappointed, not going back. The staff was friendly and served free cocktails, but they couldn't give the timing of rooms readiness. They told us several times that the rooms will be ready in 10-15 min, which resulted in 1.5-2 hours delay.. Our first rooms was ready with 1.5 hour delay, second - 2 hours delay. All this time we had to wait in the hotel and had eventually to cancel our reservation in the restaurant..

They didn’t have my reservation for even though I showed them the confirmation number. Made the reservation through Hyatt since this is a Mr and Mrs Smith property.
Even though I showed the man at the front desk my reservation number, confirmation emails from both the hotel and Hyatt they said they didn’t have a room for me. This was after 10pm at night when we just got to Paris and were told to come back the next day. We had to end up shelling out $1600 euros at a different hotel since most hotels were sold out due to Beyonce. Nightmare experience.. .

Rendesek voltak és szolgálatkészek.. Egyszerű szoba, minden napon takarítottak. Kenyelmes volt az ágy. A recepción mindig volt valaki.. Dohos szagú volt a szoba belépéskor, bar a bent tartozkodas alatt nem érződött. Szombaton 23.30-ig születésnapibuli volt a tetőtéri bárban, ami túl hangos volt a belső udvarba néző szobákban..

Lovely. Very quiet boutique hotel. Walkable to nice restaurants . Hotel bar is lovely. If you choose to forego change of linens and towels for "green" reasons, the Wallace will give you a complimentary cocktail!. .

. . We were very much looking forward to our stay at the Wallace Hotel; however, our experience was disappointing. The bathroom sink and shower drained extremely slowly, which is unacceptable for a hotel—especially considering we paid $1,600 CAD for four nights. Additionally, the morning construction noise was very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax.
One evening, after returning to the hotel, we requested extra toilet paper from the front desk. The gentleman assured us it would be brought up within 10 minutes, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through further added to our frustration.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Wallace Hotel, nor would I recommend it to others..
