Superb. Tzihan at the reception with very good English and all the staff were very polite and helpful. Very good service polite and friendly. First day we wanted to go to bed and the quilts were dirty. And also it had black hair on it. That was the only thing that upset us. We asked from the reception to change them but the lady who came didn’t speak english and she just shake them and she gave them back to us like clear.. generall in Turkey they don’t speak English..

Bad attitude. The hotel location is very good but the service and the cleanliness is very bad as the team working there is not responding to any requests ,
Having a very bad attitude taking to each other in Turkey while you talk with them ,
Also the stairs to the lobby is so bad especially if you have some luggage ,
Not recommended hotel. .
