Charming hotel in a quiet area. Very nice place to stay in Paris, close to the "Arc de triomphe". Rooms are comfortable, staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is really good. Very good restaurants nearby, but also some tourist traps.. .

Attentive service. A very pleasant stay just before Christmas, with a warm and professional welcome. But it was especially at our very early departure that the excellence of the service truly stood out: a carefully prepared takeaway breakfast, and a head receptionist who personally made sure everything was ready for us.
Learning that he had called the reception from his home around 4 a.m. just as we were checking out, speaks volumes about an exceptional sense of service. An address I recommend without hesitation.. .

Excellent Service and Perfect Location Near Champs-Élysées. We stayed at Hôtel Balmoral for one night during our trip to Paris, and it was the perfect base for exploring the city.
The location is outstanding — just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées and close to major attractions, yet the street itself feels quiet and relaxed. We loved being able to step outside and immediately find cafés, shops, and metro access within minutes.
The room was very clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. While not huge (as expected in central Paris), it was well-designed and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable — we slept very well that night.
What truly made the stay exceptional was the service. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and always ready with helpful recommendations. They made us feel genuinely welcome.
Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, with a good selection of pastries, fruit, and hot options to start the day.
If I had to mention one small detail, it would be that the elevator is quite compact — but that’s typical for boutique hotels in Paris and didn’t affect our stay at all.
Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples or travelers looking for a charming, well-located boutique hotel in the heart of Paris.. .

Great location, lovely gem, would return. We really enjoyed our stay at hotel balmoral- loved the area, round the corner from a metro station & the arc de triumphe!
This was our first time in Paris & the 5 night stay was comfortable. Excellent decor, so clean and felt very 4 star. We loved our room- spacious, comfy bed, great house keeping (daily).
I emailed ahead of our stay as I am gluten free/ the staff were soo friendly & accommodating- gave me gluten free bread and pastries which was such a lovely touch!
The breakfast area was quite small, but a nice range of eggs, sausage, meats, cheeses fruits and juices. Fresh coffee served as soon as you are seated is also a lovely touch.. .

Warm welcome. A warm welcome and patience and humour when our boat was cancelled and we made a last minute booking. Taxis organised for us at great effort when the 12 of us were competing with the hundreds of others also trying to get cabs. Will be back for a more leasurely stay in the future. Special thanks to Kathy!. .

Anniversary. Had a lovely 4 night stay in Hotel Balmoral Paris. The staff were very welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast area was small and intimate with lovely fresh food. Good location with lots in walking distance. I would definitely stay again and recommend. .
