Comfortable, Modern, and Spotlessly Clean with Amazing Staff. With the family, we had a fantastic stay at Residence Inn, in Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With great service and a clean, cozy atmosphere, this hotel made our Paris trip truly memorable. Highly recommend!. .

Good for both short or long stay. The hotel is modern and comfortable. It’s very good equipped and you have whatever you need. All was good - no bad comments.

A comfortable all-suite hotel in a quiet Paris neighborhood. A great property tuck away in a non-touristy local neighborhood. This building used to be the Citadines service apartment but renovated and transformed into Residence Inn. Supermarket right on the property (downstairs) and a small number of restaurants, shops and groceries scattered around the premise. Walk 3 blocks south you reach the T3 tram line and 10 minutes northwest to Plaisance station (Line 13) - not the most convenient location but still manageble. The hotel is an all-suite building with kitchenette in every apartment and all suites are refurbished with modern decor and furniture. My studio apartment is not big in space but extremely functional (there are bigger suites on premise). Front desk reception is set up in the ground floor but really just for check-in/check-out purpose with service being barely minimal otherwise. Daily breakfast is provided in the breakfast room with adequate variety/amount of food. Gym and laundry facility (phone app. operated) are down in the basement. Functionality wise, this hotel really serves my needs for my business travel, the only drawback is that guest suite walls seem to be a bit thin and I could hear noise outside the corridor every night. Overall I enjoyed my two-night stay: while this property is not as convenient as other properties I stayed in the past, but I found the place comfrotable, practical and suits my need perfectly. Most importantly the price is significantly cheaper than most other Marriott properties in Paris. I am heading back to Paris in Spring 2025 and will likely use this facility again, if the price is right.. .

Great management perfect location. We stayed here for 3 months while looking for an apartment. I must say I we have had extraordinary hospitality. The management staff here is amazing. I must mention Patrick the GM as Mallik and Samuel. They all happen to be mangers and always check on my wife and myself to make sure our stay is comfortable. When they see us in the lobby they always offer us coffee or anything we need. It starts with good management which is why the front desk staff are so well trained. 5 stars for sure. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and the dining choice is amazing. .
