Beautiful hotel with great location and professional staff. Great location, hot jacuzzi in the veranda of the room great idea for cold days. Bed is great and comfy.. Room 603 is close to the service room. so it's really noisy. Despite the separate living space in the room it's actually one space, because two rooms are open near the ceiling. Actually it's still one room only. Doesn't suit for family with kids.
Food in the lobby not tasteful. Neither lunch no tapas in the evening time.

Exceeded our expectations. One of the best days we’ve had in our adult life. The staff made it a point to know our names at every turning point throughout the hotel. Hotel is top tier one hotel. If the hotels in United States could figure out how they do it at this hotel in Italy it’d be unbelievable to take a trip here in the United States. .

Beautiful, customer service oriented property.. Very friendly customer service oriented staff in hotel and spa. Nice facilities including spa.. I had a very bad male waiter in restaurant Nov. 3rd around Approx. 1700-1800 Forgot about me several times- had to ask someone else for everything requested/wanted..
