Enjoyable and beautiful stay. Beautiful property in good location. Breakfasts so good ! Helpful and professional staff.. There is no conditioning and no charging points for cables, which is surprising in a 5 star hotel..

Simply superb in every way. My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at this hotel January 2025.
Having stayed here 10 years ago we have tried a number of other hotels in Rome including the Eden Hotel and I have to say that the Baglioni is by far the best 5 star hotel we have had the pleasure to stay in.
The location is perfect as it is away from the hustle and bustle and still only a short walk to all that we wanted to see, 5 mins to the Spanish steps, 15 minutes to the forum and colosseum, 20 mins to the pantheon and Piazza Novona.
Around the hotel there are some excellent restaurants serving great traditional Roman cuisine, notably Peppone just around the corner and Al Vero Toscana.
The Hotel is exquisite both inside and out, the guest areas are beautiful and very ornate in a traditional Italian style , understated luxury. Restaurant for breakfast is beautiful and the breakfast offering is buffet style with ala carte if required , we mainly used the buffet which was full of choice and very high quality, cooked options prepared perfectly.
The bedroom was very nice indeed, spacious and luxurious with all that we needed, bathroom absolutely lovely and Acqua di Parma toiletries provided in large bottles , a nice surprise.
All of the above created a very comfortable and pleasant stay but the staff were the best part of our visit, all of the staff were very attentive and genuinely friendly, nothing was too much and we were treated as VIP’s just like all of the guests, it was very obvious that the staff are very well trained and truly enjoy working in this wonderful hotel.
A 5 star review really does not do justice to this fantastic establishment, we will comeback next January for our annual visit to Rome , can’t wait .. .

Concierge is a true "Les Clefs d'Or". Overall staff was amazing but our concierge, Francesco, was invaluable. Rating is 10, Exceptional, due to him.. Heating vs Air condittioning shouldn't be a choice. Shower drain clogged several times..

Fantastic staff made this a lovely stay. Fabulous staff - they couldn’t do enough to try to make our stay as special as possible. Very early morning bin collections unfortunately woke us during the early hours on two nights. Francesca at the front desk quickly offered us room change options and was so accommodating about an issue which was out of the hotels control..
