Four seasons at Sultanahmet. Excellent place to stay in - heart of the historic district - all the must see sights are walking distance Food and staff are super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The Spa is the best - Noor my therapist is probably the best I’ve ever had! My husband and I did a couples hamam here as well and loved it!. .

Unprecedented service, stunning property. Unprecedented customer service, beautiful property & the nicest people. This Four Seasons has set a new precedent in service excellence. I’ve stayed at other Four Seasons properties worldwide including the one at the Bosphorus, but what I experienced at the one in Sultanahmet one sets an extremely welcome and high benchmark. The housekeeping manager for one must be lauded for his team’s performance. I use a silk pillowcase and was too tired to fit it on a pillow the first night. The next day, housekeeping had found the perfect sized pillow and laid it on top. Thank you. My phone charger was neatly wrapped and its charging point covered by the cutest leather cover, my sunglasses placed on a soft glasses cloth I provided by the hotel to avoid scratching. A thoughtful and heartwarming water colours palette and brush with a postcard left to paint as the nicest memento. The deluxe bedroom was spacious, beautifully decorated with the nicest bed! The towels could be improved with softer ones. The hotel Itself is beautiful. Romantic and intimate. I wish the terrace was open as it’s the nicest place to be with the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia providing the perfect backdrop. Breakfast offers a number of bakery items and some juices and drinks, but no yogurt, sliced and cut fruit, nuts or salmon etc. you could of course order these, but it does disappoint why these staple items are being exempted from the breakfast buffet by a hotel of this standard? The staff are lovely, each and every person who s amazing. But housekeeping takes the crown. Thank you!. .

Best hotel staff in Istanbul. Everything this is my second stay here , the building itself is historic and it’s located in the heart of a historic area , but the main thing I love about this hotel and will make me come back many times more is their staff so helpful , kind and they remember every detail about our preferences in my opinion the best hotel staff in Istanbul. Nothing.

A wonderful five-star boutique hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet.. The hotel was exactly what we wanted: small, refined and located right in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff were all wonderful, especially the knowledgeable and helpful concierges who recommended lots of places of interest off the beaten track that we could easily have overlooked. The restaurant, Avlu, was excellent. The gym, while quite small, has enough equipment for a good workout. The massage treatments at the spa were very good too.. Nothing..

Buffet brunch was regular. Nothing extraordinary.. The brunch at Four Seasons, Avlu. We had great expectations to go to this brunch. Being a Four Seasons we thought this was going to be a great experience. Bad and slow service. They had a buffet nothing great. Salads, cheese, some local food. Outside they had a pasta bar ( nothing special), meat and some shrimp. The dessert table was poor. Our advise, do not waste your money in this hotel. There are much better options.. .

Best Hotel in Sultanhamet. Amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Restaurant food was very good. Generous size room. .

Beautiful hotel in a super convenient location.. Wonderful hotel in a great location with typical A+ Four Seasons service. I would return here in a heart beat. The staff is fantastic and the room was super nice. The kid rollaway bed was beyond comfy that they gave our teenager. Side note: the spa area is a little small to shower and change before heading out of hotel as we got to enjoy the day in Istanbul before heading to the airport.. .
