Great Location. Hotel itself is in a fantastic location - it is near multiple metro stations and also within an easy walk of both Sainte-Chapelle and Notre Dame.
The only bummer was that the elevator was out of order so I had to walk three flights of stairs to my room each time. . .

Beware of being forced to pay a second time after payment had already been authorised. Location. A pre-authorised transaction of Euro 107.40 was put on my Wise card 4 days before arrival. Two days before arrival, I received an email asking to confirm if that payment could now be made, by pressing a button in the email. There was no button so I emailed back to say, yes take the payment as I couldn't see a button and got a one word reply "ok". At check-in, I was told I had to pay in full. I explained payment had been already made and that a Euro refund "whenever" of the pre-authorised amount was not helpful as we were returning to Australia the next morning. The woman was having none of it, insisting the refund would be made as it was only 'reserved' on my credit card and that I needed to pay for the room there & then. NOT HAPPY! I had to use my Australian Visa, because the Wise card was empty given our careful budgeting and the pre-authorised amount sucking out the last 107.40 (for the accommodation). I did get a refund of the 1 Euro that was taken at booking time, to validate my card but nothing more. I'm kicking myself I didn't argue to point further at check-in as she really spoiled my afternoon in Paris. Six days later and I'm still WAITING for that refund.
Re the accommodation itself, the room was poky with a sloping roof above the desk - copped it twice trying to get past it to the other side of the bed. Also, had I been larger, I would not have fitted in the shower very well and I am an average size. The shower cubicle was one arm wide in each direction. All in all, a very disappointing experience after a wonderful 6 weeks in Europe..

Good for one night stay. Location. You could phrase it this way to keep it polite and professional:
“The hotel offers good service and is very clean, which is highly appreciated. However, the furniture and décor are a bit dated and could benefit from an update to give the property a more modern feel.”.

Great location but wasn’t given room type which had been booked. I booked a courtyard room and was given a room overlooking the street. It was very noisy. Otherwise it’s a great hotel. . .

Superb. Hotel's location. The hotel is a short walk from the Louve. The area is very lively at night. There's a lot of food options around the hotel. Also, I've checked-in late at night and there is a night receptionist that's very helpful. Thank you for the help.. The room. It is a bit stuffy. Just need to open the curtain and toilet door to get some cold air in..
