I will not book again in this hotel, because I was shocked from their bad services. The hotel location is very good for transporting. The breakfast was very good. The lobby and the decorations was very good.. the rooms was not as mentioned (4 stars) its almost 2.5 comparing with 3 stars hotel -no water -no coffee -no sugar room services are very bad (I asked them many times to open the safe but no body cares) no clothes hanger in the closet.

I’m just be honest with everything I wrote if they adhered to that it will help. First of all I thank booking. Com to resolved a situation that was a bit worried. Staff are okay, especially the those at reception. The meals at the restaurant, I have only once , I’m sorry it needs kind of improvement.

Great hotel, great administration, great service, Great staff. Chef Murad does the best Omelette.. The property is in the heart of laleli, metro and restaurants and shops are just around the corners. .
