Never will go to this hotel again. Restaurant was good. I don’t like at all because the was dirty didn’t feel clean, smells, dirty carpets. The building has something bites us a lot even we changed the room but still. Car parks is not free. City tax fee, tourism fee. In the reception ask us nearly £200 pound extra on top of hotel booking..

Very pleasant. Very well situated. Good facilities. Very comfortable beds. A pleasant stay. We have no complaints.. The room service menu was not very good..

Very good. The room is clean and the hotel is child friendly. The stuff english is very weak, the bathroom needs more toiletries.

Terrible. Breakfast was awful got charged €40 for 2 people and all that was available was scrambled eggs and toast which we had to ask for as all the containers with the food were empty and no one was refilling them. Room stink of sewers from the shower drains air con was broke constantly blowing warm air and it was hot enough also window was broken so couldn’t get any air awful room.
