Exceptional. very polite and helpful staff. they let us leave our bags at their place after check out and pick them up later because we had a late flight. upon arrival they gave us a map of the city and tried their best to explain where the main attractions were and how to get to them. and as for cleanliness, we finally stayed somewhere where the shower is clean. .
