Nice hotel with friendly staff.. Very comfortable hotel. Perfect balance of a good condition at a fair price. I think most travelers that don't want spend all their travel money on hotels will really find way more value here than most hotels in the 3 star category. I met my daughter and her husband here for their first time in Paris, with the goal being to have them in the middle of all the top things to do and see, but a bit quieter than the 5th. The hotel fits that niche perfectly. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. We booked the Deluxe rooms which were decent size by Paris standards. It's small hotel so can't expect large rooms. Perfect for a first trip to Paris. The staff was very helpful and kind.. .

The worst customer service I've ever experienced - tried to scam me!!. I recently booked accomodation at this hotel. Upon checkout it clearly stated €0 deposit and NO PAYMENT. A few minutes later I was charged €229. I was confused as it had clearly stated that no payment would be taken until I arrived. I immediately emailed them politely asking for an explanation, and they were incredibely rude and passive aggressive. They dismissed this, saying they did not charge me and that it was just a holding amount that’s blocked off and would be unblocked after check out. Firstly, there was NO mention of this upon booking the room, and the money was DEFINITELY taken from my account. The receptionist who I emailed with (Sabah) was the rudest, most unprofessional and obviously under qualified person. They passive aggressively answered my correspondence with "xxxx", made no attempt to reassure me that my money was not missing and made no apologies for the confusion. It was explained poorly with no empathy, understanding or accountability. The staff at this establishment are in serious need of customer service training, anyone with a level of decency knows that this is not how you handle this type of situation.. .

Great location but wouldn’t stay again. Location. Beds too shall and no comfortable chair to sit on. No walk in shower.
