Very disappointing. Location. Not as much communication from hotel staff as we needed (no idea there was coffee/snacks downstairs until our last night when we accidentally found it, staff are not there 24/7 even though their website says they are). Light fixtures next to bed are hanging off the wall, no bathroom door & toilet is directly behind head of the bed - so, absolutely no privacy. Bed was uncomfortable & came with two flat pillows. When we asked for two more, we were told there was a singular pillow left for the entire hotel. Mold in the bathroom, body wash ran out on the first day and was never refilled. Hand wash was filled with water instead of soap. No shelf in the shower so we had to put our bath products on the shower floor (which was were forced to buy in the first place, as all that’s provided is a 3-in-1 wash that was empty). Super thin walls. No storage to unpack. One large suitcase barely fits in the room. Overall, not worth the price I paid..

Pleasant. Great location.. The cleaner kept trying to get in the room. Sketchy. E.g. Waking us up 3h before checkout. Or in the afternoon when the do not disturb sign was on the door.
Also no warm water in the morning..

Central location & would definitely stay again!. Property very convenient to local cafe / shops / metro and just off Main Street. Very clean and tidy. Staff so helpful and keep property to a high standard. Tea and coffee available in basement we utilised each day. Lockers available in basement if wish to store bags following checkout - perfect for a few extra hours sightseeing! Would definitely stay again.. Small staircase - could be difficult to navigate if travelling with large luggage or small family.
Would be nice to offer some Croissants / pastry options with tea and coffee..

Excellent, clean and comfortable stay for couples or families exploring Paris!. Great location, perfect for a short stay in Paris. Clean and comfortable, good shower, peaceful location and luggage storage was very helpful! Rooms are compact but lovely and modern with TVs, hanging space, towels, water, iron and hairdryer - will definitely stay again.. .

Good value and perfect for city break when you’re not in the room. Ideal for couples. Central to all underground trains, clean and safe. Good value for money!. No natural light in through a window, felt a little stuffy in rooms at times. Only seen a receptionist once the whole time but a cleaner around if you needed anything. No separate bathroom as toilet and shower just behind bed..
