Good. The staff were helpful and attentive. Once you got oriented, it was only a short walk to the grand bazaar and other attractions. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, including the cheap and cheerful fish shop restaurant virtually around the corner.. My original allocated room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. After I rejected that, I was offered a different room for €20 a night more. The hotel was hard to find. The Taxi Driver just dropped me at a nearby location, which was no fault of the hotel, but alarming for me!.

Terrible. The localitionwas good and one of the man in reception, who helped us and he was always smiling. The breakfast was unsatisfactory, lacking butter and fresh food options. During our four-night stay, we were summoned for breakfast due to low occupancy. The breakfast provided in our room was inadequate, lacking coffee, juice, and water. The room's table was unsuitable for dining. Excessive noise permeated the hotel, particularly on the upper floors. Hot water was unavailable; however, warm water was accessible after a 30-minute wait. And in 4days they never clean the room..

Superb. I like the fact that it was close to great bazar and other places that are good to visit. The staff was great, and the hotel had good location.. I didn't like the fact that, the Windows was not able to fully close, and since i stayed in February, i could feel the wind entering the room. But the airconditioner was in most of the part set to 30°C and then it ended up being oky..

Excellent, central Hotel!. Excellent hotel! Really central- Five minutes walk to Sultanahmet and two to Cembertilas tram. Also five minutes from Vezneclier metro station for one stop ride to Istanbul Airport. The hotel is really comfortable and had all I needed-comfy bed and great bathroom, safe, drink making facilities and superfast wifi. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were great-led by brilliant Ismail! This hotel is a great deal and I thoroughly enjoyed saying here. Recommended without reservation.. .

Comfortable and Clean. The place is so clean and modern. The room smells good and bed is comfortable. It is walking distance to Hagia Sophia and to the Bazar.
The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.. .
