Bearable. If you can find a different hotel, I would. Breakfast was good. The rooms were tidied often but not everyday.. Location was not great. Quite far from the tourist areas. Staff were okay, had attitude when asked a question. Claim they have a taxi service but no taxi ever came. Area around was v v v limited.

Good Service. Nothing but excellent service from all the staff, especially at the front desk.
They were very courteous and helped me out in many situations and I often felt like they above and beyond their scope of work to ensure I was taken care of. I forgot a personal item and they kept it safely and made sure I received it in the same condition that I left it. This really meant a lot. I would recommend staying here and I would also stay again. Thanks guys.. .

Royal Treatment!!Best Hotel Staff!! Ayhan is the man !!!. This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel !!! Ayhan is the best!!! He needs a raise, he gave me the royal treatment and made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great as well I couldn’t ask for a better stay. When you stay here ask for Ayhan, he’s the best!!. .
