Very good. Great location, close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfy, the staff is nice.. The wellness center is okay but could be upgrated (eg. with a jakuzzi). Breakfast options are limited and hot food options are not communicated..

Highly recommand it. Everything was absolutely perfect, except for the swimming pool which was closed at our period. However, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and the breakfast was awesome. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. It is extremely well located and in the heart of Karaköy. We highly recommend it!. .

I love this hotel and I definitely come again. The location, cleanliness, staff stayed at the same level. The top terrace has a wonderful view.. The breakfast became worse , unfortunately. the choice of food is poor comparing to two years ago.

Overall we had very pleasant stay. We would recommend to everyone and will return for sure. We had an amazing stay at Galata’s hotel. The room was very comfy for a family with 2 kids and it was pristine clean. The swimming pool of the hotel is very good. It is super warm and clean. Big thanks to the reception staff, they were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location is very good to - gastronomic heaven nearby 👍. Breakfasts were nice, but the option with machine coffee instead of hotpot coffee would be much appreciated..

Great location, nice pool abs sauna, can be noisy.. We loved the location and facilities. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna every day. Since we visited in December, it was nice to go warm up after being out in cold/rain. Housekeeping was also pretty quick. We would put a light out and they would be there to clean within 5 mins. Front desk staff was also helpful with the luggage and any questions we had.. We got the room on the 4th floor by the stairs to the restaurant which at first looked very convenient but then we realized that sometimes they rent out the whole restaurant to a party and it does get noisy. On our last night there was a private party that was super loud, they were singing with the microphones and were also very loud when leaving and going to the elevator passing our door. I would say ask for any other floor but the 4th..
