Great location, reasonably priced, comfortable but noisy hotel. Great location in Taksim. Super friendly staff at front desk, especially the guy during the day who gave me some tips on traveling in Turkey. Nice compact room, good shower, comfortable bed with good support and enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders.. Despite the double paned windows, and despite being on the backside of the building, it could get noisy. There is a police station nearby and loud conversations, arguments and shouting would occur just below - at any time of the day. Ear plugs are essential. If it weren't for the outside noise, which is beyond the hotel's control, it would get a better rating..

We definitely will NOT comeback to this hotel.. The only thing that I liked was the location.. There was a cockroach in one of our rooms, of course they changed our room after we requested (not that they offer themselves). The rooms weren’t so clean. I drop something on floor and I see under the bed and it was a disaster. We couldn’t find any channel on TV. The coffeemaker didn’t work properly and you should pay for the coffee capsules that they mentioned in room facilities!.
