Get a better management team. Property is 5 star but the management and the staff is definitely not five star. Receptionist has go through hospitality training again You cant shout between desks and give orders to your colleague and at the same time attending a guest who is checking in Same thing with room service,while taking my order on the phone,person at the phone was shouting to another person at the background and getting back to me again Change your towels immediately,both gym towels and towels in the room Old and thin. The personnel attending the gym was very kind and attentive and the front desk personnel at night shift was kind and fast only two good things i saw..... Food is mediocre and came after one hour.

Superb. staff very friendly, excellent location, big rooms, comfortable bed. I would prefer Breakfast Buffet over the à la carte breakfast.

Great stay!!. Excellent service and staff, very friendly and professional. The spa is also superb. Breakfast and location very convenient. I would definitely stay there again for work - the location is good and room is very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff.. .

A great stay at the heart of business district of levent. The Hotel is situated in the heart of the business are of Levent and write next to Levent Metro Station. A few shopping Malls are just around walking distance. I travelled during Ramadan and the Suhur served in my room was amazing. I will definitely stay again.. .

Exceptional. The staff at the hotel were very friendly both at the reception and in the restaurant, the room was amazing, big, very clean, cleaning was done every day. delicious breakfasts. clean beautiful spa. everything was great.
