. İnternet yoktu nerdeyse, çok yavaştı ve televiyzonda netflix ve türevi hizmetler yoktu. Olan kablolu kanallar bile açılmıyordu bazen. Onun dışında temizlik yeterliydi, suit oda büyük ve genişti.. .

Katastrophalen Frühstücksbuffet . Wir kamen relativ spät an, der Empfang an der Rezeption war ok. Wir hatten drei Zimmer, 2 davon waren die Badezimmer mit Schimmel befallen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, ich würde das Frühstücksbuffet für eine Pension als ausreichend empfinden aber nicht für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Kaffee gibt es nur als Instant Kaffee als Pulver, "normaler" Filterkaffee nur gegen Bezahlung als extra zu haben. Des Weiteren gab es nur "pseudo-menemen" weder Spiegel- noch Rühreier. Auf Anfrage hieß es man könne gegen Extra Bezahlung gerne Omelett servieren. Alles in allem ist ein guter Start in den Arbeitstag mit einem solchen enttäuschend schlechtem Frühstück nicht wirklich möglich! Der Mitarbeiter Abdullah war sehr bemüht die Situation zu entschärfen und hat kostenlosen Filterkaffee gebracht und sich entschuldigt. Das war wenigstens ein Lichtblick! . .

Hayalkırıklığı. küçücük bir oda, başarısız bir kahvaltı, (kahvaltıda kahve yok, kahve extra ücret, yine de istedik ve kahve makinesi bozuk), fotoğraflardan çok beğenip tutmuştum ama dört yıldızlı bir otel gibi değil kesinlikle. . .

Ankaranın incisi. Girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar hizmet temizlik konfor harikaydı oda sıcacaktı yağmurda ıslanınca sıcaklık harika oldu çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ederim. .

. We rented two rooms for two nights. The Expedia website only presented the option of rooms with two beds, though we wanted one room with a single large bed and a room with two beds. On arriving, I explained that, and the front desk was Nice enough to give us what we wanted. The two rooms were right across the hall from each other. One was fine. The other room had a strange smell, so I thought I would run the water in the shower to clear the drain. Upon turning on the water, though, the shower head popped off the hose and water sprayed all over me and the room. I went down immediately and reported it, and upon sending a worker to confirm, the manager gave us an upgraded room on the same floor. Really great service. Also, props to the valets, who did a good job managing the awkward parking situation. Of note, the bathrooms have glass walls with blinds. Unfortunately, our blinds were broken, so there really was not much privacy. We didn’t report it, but probably should have.. .

Tavsiye etmiyorum . Ankara’da bu paraya kalabileceğiniz çok daha kalite oteller mevcut. Sabah kahvaltısında çay bittiğini ilk defa bu otelde gördüm çalışanlar çok suratsız . .

Keyifli Konaklama. Aile olarak 3 kişi suit odada kaldık konforu ve olanakları gayet yerinde ve personel oldukça ilgiliydi Kahvaltı yeterli ve otel cok merkezi otopark sıkıntısı yoktu. .

Avoid!!!. Avoid!! We have booked this hotel for 4 nights but ended up check out after a few hours! It's unacceptably dirty, smell of smoking all over the room even though we have requested non smoking room. There was an ashtray in the room hence the reception advised the floor we have stayed was non-smoking area.. Bathroom was filthy, shower wasn't working properly and guess what we had a cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom!! Even though they have offered us to move another room as you can imagine we weren't able to stay here any longer after all this experience..I would recommend you to avoid this hotel where possible!!. .
