Passable. Front desk staff were great! So friendly and helpful. Location is also great.. I could hear EVERYTHING through the walls. Maybe I had noisy neighbors - I'm not sure what it was - but it was really hard to sleep in as I adjusted to the new time zone since I was constantly hearing doors or drawers slamming, knocking, etc. It was quiet at night, but if you want to sleep in later or during the day as you adjust to a new time zone, be careful of this..

Great staff and excellent breakfast. Spacious room with terrace and city views. Excellent staff, especially at breakfast where no request was too much trouble.
The breakfast was a freshly prepared buffet with great food choice and eggs/omelettes cooked to order.. No swimming pool available and didn't see any sauna as listed on booking.com.
TVs could do with being replaced with more SMART models which host on demand services..

Stunning boutique hotel in the middle of Barcelona . Due to a hotel booking mix-up with suppliers, Jet2 fully relocated us to this hotel! So glad we stayed here, they welcomed us at 9pm with a smile despite our last minute arrival and possibly our tired, fed-up faces . It is a beautiful boutique style hotel and smells amazing as you walked in and was visually stunning with mirrors, glass elevators, and unusual full-size artwork figures adorning the walls. The staff are lovely, smiley and helpful. We had room 756, with a beautiful large balcony, the room had robes, slippers and toiletries in it. Breakfast served from 7-11am was amazing, omelettes cooked on request, a wide variety of fruit, continental style hams and cheeses. The views from floor 7 was stunning especially at sunrise and sunset. It had the usual street noise but you are in a city and to be expected, however, the balcony doors are pretty soundproof, so there's no issue. Overall, we would stay again. Thank you Hotel Arconte (was renamed from MirrorMirror) . .

Hotel was good but disappointed re the facilities not being open.. Staff, location. Pool and gym not available as being renovated. No idea this was case when booking. Also we booked the taxi transfer through booking.com. we were NOT taken to our hotel. It was NOT located on street the taxi company were given by booking.com.

Management has a lot to learn!!!. Checked in without any issues and the front desk staff were lovely, helpful and polite.
Room clean and bed comfy, great location but not great value for money.
Mini bar not stocked, reported to reception who advised not to worry but diddnt offer to replenish.
Breakfast was poor. Not replenished, no hot options offered, only 1 staff member who was trying to cook, clean tables and ask for room info. Completely inadequate for a 1* hotel let alone supposed 4* superior. Incredibly disappointing. No bread other than toast bread, meats, cheese, juice and pastries not topped up for 40 minutes before 10:00am and supposed to be open until 11:00. Coffee machine, cappuccino tasted like cleaning fluid.
The hotel unfortunately had a fire, I understand this was nobody’s fault but the management team absolutely must learn from this to ensure correct plans are put in place and it’s not left to inexperienced junior staff to deal with!! Serious health and safety concealment as the fire alarm did not sound. This fire had the street closed off and multiple fire engines to give you an idea…
Complained about how this was managed to be told the hotel see no reason to offer any compensation for the disruption, inconvenience, dry cleaning, taxi to sister hotel or even an apology. No other word to describe this experience other than abysmal. .

Ok for a couple nights, but I'd most likely look for an alternative next time. location, view, silence. humidity, price for breakfast, common space for bathroom and shower with the bedroom.
