Great spot close to the Vatican. The hotel is in the perfect location. Very easy walk to the Vatican with fabulous shopping and restaurants all around. Laura, the lady at reception is excellent. Our room was very nice but a little too warm (we like it cold to sleep) and the issue was resolved to our liking.
The room was spotless, the beds comfortable and the bathroom very clean. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Easy walk with luggage from Ottaviano Metro station.. .

OK hotel at best. Definitely not worth the high Tripadvisor rating.. Pros: Excellent location near metro and the Vatican. Easy access to shopping nearby and lots of restaurants to choose from within 5 min walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is also clean.
Cons: The hotel is actually part of a residential building. It does not even have a clear sign at the front of the entrance which indicates that there is a hotel inside the building. If one checks in late evening, the chance is that you probably will not find the hotel. Also, you share the hotel with the other residents inside the building. It is not really a 3 star hotel.
The pictures in the website and TripAdvisor are very misleading. I was given a room with no windows and has a dark brown wall/decor. Very dim and sad. The breakfast just met the bare minimum standard of a true European continental breakfast. I was left hungry after eating.. .
