A lovely and romantic stay. The location and the rooftop bar were totally flexing my stay. The staff members were extremely helpful in helping in providing me with all amenities during my stay.. Nothing at all, I would like to maybe suggest a little bit bigger bowls for the breakfast and slightly thinnier cut fruits, that’s all.

Management and rules so so poor, next time i will choice professional hotels. Location and breakfast was very good. 1) Windows not opening for fresh air bcz of they dont allow,
2) There was maybe 10 tables empty but Hotel restaurant didnt accept me on dinner time for drink something, they said we can accept only for dinner for now
3) When i was in the wc in my room, cleaning staff came to my wc even they didnt knock the room door, maybe they thought room is empty, but when she opened the wc door she shocked and said sorry )).

Amazing Hotel, Even Better Staff, Perfect Location.. This hotel is perfect, everything from the decor, the facilities, the staff, everything was brilliant.
The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minute walks from Las Ramblas square and market, the cathedral etc.
The staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for you, even dropping in valentines day chocolates at night.. Nothing the hotel and staff were perfect and we will definitely be coming back..

Awesome place to stay. The hotel has an awesome service in all areas and the rooms are so comfortable that it's not easy to leave. Excellent location to visit Barcelona and they have a delicious buffette for breakfast. The team made our stay just one of the best ever.... .

I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's staff and location. The reception we received on arrival was fabulous - the champagne was very much appreciated after such a difficult experience at the airport. The roof top bar was wonderful - even though it was raining the young waiter lit a fire and we had a lovely time there. All in all this is a wonderful hotel - the staff are an absolute credit.. Although we were upgraded to a suite on arrival which we were grateful for the room was so darkly decorated it didn't give the vibe we would have liked..

Stay was very good , some staff very good , some were actually quite rude , so they need to look at how they employ staf. Rooms very nice. We stayed a week but on two days rooms were not made up before 2.30 pm.
