Good. The hotel is on a quiet street, yet very close to Taksim Square. Public transportation to main attractions is convenient. The rooms are spacious, and the building has an elevator. The best part was the staff, who were friendly and attentive.. The maintenance at the hotel needs improvement. We had to switch rooms because the AC in our first room was leaking water. In the new room, the toilet bowl was loose, the shower door was stuck, and the curtains were partially fallen. Regular checks of the rooms are necessary to fix these issues. Unfortunately, the room, especially the bathroom, was not cleaned well, and the towels did not smell fresh. Addressing these problems would make this hotel excellent..

Pleasant. Good location, close to the stop of airport buses. For the price I paid it's fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.. Rooms are quite dirty. It's noisy. And furniture is old..

Good place if you are flexible enough!. In general, it was ok. All clean and good. Nice staff, good location; But it’s honestly a bit strange to write a review for this place as I think we had a little bit of bad luck with us. On our first night of stay the electricity went out. Which was nobody’s fault of course but our night was kind of ruined. It was fixed the day after. Then on the second night of our stay, the air conditioner in the room suddenly stopped working. The staff were nice enough to change our room immediately to a better room with a working air conditioner UNTIL at the third night, the second’s room air conditioner stopped working too 😅 which was ridiculous. And this time, when we told them, they said a technician will come to check it, but nobody showed up! And so we were basically baked in the room because of the heat! Which was rather annoying. But at the end, it was a good value for money!. If we consider our situation a bad luck, the only problem was that there was not enough toilet papers in the room. And have in mind that the room on the ground floor, basically feels like a basement. Which is what you pay for of course, cause it’s cheaper..

Second time but not the last. I have not got the breakfast, there were cooking facilities,so I managed to have my own choice. The l9cation is great if you want to be close to Taxim,Istsiklal, and especially Havaist-shuttle busese stop to airports and back. It is up and down landscape there,so the hotel was chosen due to possibility to walk with the suitcase without "feeling a mule mode". The staff is great, every time I stayed there, receptionists and even cleaners spoke English. And Russian. And always try to satisfy the expectations. Had an early flight and arrived to a hotel at about 7 am, the staff did their best to provide the room ASAP.. Slight refubrishment might be nice..

The staff was great with hospitality and the room was comfortable. Safe, comfortable and great location. Air conditioning, TV and old furniture.
