On vient de rentrer du voyage c’était super on est des clients de cet hôtel depuis 4an et je le recommande vivement pour les raisons suivantes : Le personnel est très serviable ( on a perdu notre valise dans le bus et le réceptionniste a fait tout pour la trouver MERCI À VOUS. Proche à 4 min à pied du station Havaist Proche de tout les moyens de transports Proche d Istiklal, restaurant de tout. Bonne climatisation Chambre toujours propre Lit confortable Petit déjeuner bien suffisant Le point le plus fort c’est le personnel : accueillant, respectueux, serviable, sans oublier les femmes de chambre aussi serviable et souriante. On est très satisfait . .

. It was close to shopping and restaurants, but it was very noisy. Specially at night time you feel like you’re sleeping in the street they have control on your air condition in the room that they keep shutting down so you come back to her room or while you’re sleeping suddenly they don’t get hot because they shut the air condition from downstairs the breakfast in the morning, very limited cold, I was running out so better breakfast buffet and the worst thing happen. The elevator got stuck with my mom inside and when they open the door on her, all they say is you could use downstairs not even check on her or saying how are you doing or saying even I’m sorry and my mom is 74 years old and another thing you have to go about 20 stairs to get into the hotel from the Main St. so it’s not a handicap, friendly or senior citizen friendly. .

. We were abruptly woken up at 4 am by a deafening drilling noise! the walls were literally shaking. I called the reception to ask what was going on, they casually told me, "WE ARE FIXING THE ELEVATOR"!! Another ridiculous issue: The Air conditioner switch was on the ceiling, not on the wall! and there was no remote control provided to turn it on or off! We had to put a chair under the panel just to be able to reach it! Then we called and asked for an iron, they brought one, but it has a UK Plug!! and it didn't even fir the sockets in the Hotel in Istanbul!! Overall the Service was terrible, and I absolutely do not recommend this Hotel!. .

K.S.A. I was pleased to stay in this quiet hotel, very good location, good cleanliness, good reception, the rooms are ordinary, the detergents are of little quality, and there is no kettle in the rooms for tea and coffee, a nice feature for families, and I hope they provide the best. .

. I stayed at the Fereman Hilal hotel in March, 2021 for a couple of days and also in November, 2021 for a couple of days. The hotel is very amazing and such wonderful staff Turgay and Mert. Turgay and Mert always helped me in any way and went over and beyond from helping me with finding a laundary service, through organizing my booking of the hotel, helping with my luggage, organizing private shuttle transfer and with PCR COVID testing for my flight. These guys work really hard and care about there customers and customer service. The first visit I was very impressed by the location in Beyoğlu, Taksim area, the hotel is very near Taksim square and also Soo many shopping areas, restaurants and cafe. The hotel is centered in a prime location very close to Isitikal street a big shopping area. The second visit Turgay and Mert remembered me from 5 months ago and greeted and welcomed me. They taught me some Turkish language, also about turkish culture, and where to get the best Turkish kabobs and shopping areas. Anytime I stay in Taksim and visit Turkey I will visit and stay at Fereman Hilal hotel the hotel facilities are really clean, the WiFi is very fast, there is a great lobby area where you can get work done and the hotel is centered in a prime location close to all activities and transportation. . .
